Charters Anonymous LLC Privacy Policy
Effective date and last updated: September 18, 2026
Charters Anonymous LLC (“Charters Anonymous,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, join a waitlist, contact us, purchase or participate in a program, access our Discord community, attend a Zoom session, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Scope
This policy applies to our website, contact and waitlist forms, bootcamps, mentorship offerings, digital content, community access, live sessions, customer support, and related services. Third-party platforms have their own privacy practices, which also apply when you use those platforms.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, Discord username or display name, the topic and contents of a message, waitlist or enrollment information, communication preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.
Payment and transaction information. When you make a purchase, Stripe processes payment details such as card or bank information. We may receive limited transaction information, including your name, contact details, purchase amount, payment status, subscription status, refunds, and chargebacks. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Program, community, and meeting information. We may receive information connected to your participation in our programs, Discord community, or Zoom sessions, including account identifiers, attendance, messages, questions, support requests, and content you choose to share. Content posted in shared Discord channels may be visible to other members according to the applicable channel permissions. If a Zoom session is recorded, we will provide notice when required, and the recording may include your display name, image, voice, chat messages, or other participation.
Website and device information. We and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to operate and improve our website and services; manage waitlists, enrollment, mentorship, community access, and live sessions; process payments, refunds, and business records; answer questions and provide customer support; send service-related messages; send marketing communications when permitted; protect our systems and community; prevent fraud or misuse; enforce our agreements; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers, and authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

These providers may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices. Their practices, settings, and services may change over time.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and integrated service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site, remember settings, maintain security, understand performance, or measure communications. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings, although blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sharing information in community channels or live sessions.
8. International Processing
Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we and our providers use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. Some rights are subject to exceptions under applicable law.
