TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services, memberships, Discord communities, educational materials, videos, livestreams, trading-related educational content, mentorship services, programs, and other products or services offered by Charters Anonymous LLC (“Charters Anonymous,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to all participants, subscribers, purchasers, and members, including but not limited to individuals enrolled in membership levels or programs identified as Member, Premium, Foundational Traders, Elite, VIP, Bootcamp participants, or any other current or future membership tier or program offered by Charters Anonymous.
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, joining, or using any Charters Anonymous service, you (“Member,” “Participant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any Charters Anonymous service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Your acceptance may occur through payment, electronic acceptance, creation of an account, entry into the Charters Anonymous Discord community, use of membership materials, or other access to services provided by Charters Anonymous.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use the services.
2. PURPOSE AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Charters Anonymous provides educational content and a community designed for discussion, education, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of ideas relating to trading and financial markets.
Charters Anonymous is not a financial advisory service, investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, or substitute for individualized professional financial advice.
All information, opinions, market commentary, charts, examples, educational materials, demonstrations, trading discussions, livestreams, and suggestions provided through Charters Anonymous are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided by Charters Anonymous constitutes a recommendation or instruction to purchase, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, option, cryptocurrency, financial instrument, or investment.
Any trading or investment decision you make is made voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Charters Anonymous does not guarantee that participation in any membership, mentorship, Bootcamp, livestream, educational program, strategy, lesson, or other service will result in profits, improved trading performance, financial success, or any particular outcome.
Past performance, examples of previous trades, hypothetical trades, demonstrations, member results, or educational examples are not guarantees of future results.
Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of some or all capital committed to trading.
You remain solely responsible for determining whether trading or any particular trading strategy is appropriate for you.
4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
a. Your trading and investment decisions;
b. Your brokerage and financial accounts;
c. The amount of capital you choose to risk;
d. Conducting your own research and due diligence;
e. Evaluating information presented through Charters Anonymous;
f. Determining whether information is appropriate for your personal circumstances; and
g. Seeking independent financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice when appropriate.
Charters Anonymous, its owners, employees, contractors, administrators, moderators, instructors, including Dave, and other representatives shall not be responsible for trading losses or financial decisions made by a Member.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase or participate in Charters Anonymous services unless Charters Anonymous expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.
By joining or purchasing, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Unless expressly authorized by Charters Anonymous in writing, you further represent that you are not joining for the purpose of acting on behalf of a financial institution, competing educational service, trading community, content provider, or similar organization.
6. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
A subscription or program purchase provides you with access to the membership tier, program, content, or services included with your particular purchase.
The specific features available may differ depending on the membership tier or program purchased.
Access may include, depending upon the applicable product:
Discord community access;
Educational videos;
Written educational materials;
Livestreams;
Market discussions;
Trading-related educational content;
Mentorship access;
Assignments;
Trade reviews;
Educational feedback;
One-on-one sessions;
Bootcamp access;
Community channels; or
Other benefits expressly identified at the time of purchase.
Purchasing one membership tier does not automatically grant access to features offered through another tier.
7. ACCESS PROVIDED VS. ACTUAL USE OF SERVICES
A Member’s decision not to use, view, participate in, log into, attend, watch, complete, or otherwise take advantage of the services made available to the Member does not mean that the services were not provided.
For purposes of these Terms, Charters Anonymous will be considered to have provided access when the applicable membership, content, community, program, invitation, credentials, instructions, links, permissions, or other applicable benefits have been made available to the Member in accordance with the purchased service.
This includes circumstances where a Member:
a. Does not log into Discord;
b. Does not watch available videos;
c. Does not attend livestreams or sessions;
d. Does not participate in community discussions;
e. Does not complete assignments;
f. Does not submit trades for review;
g. Does not redeem or follow access instructions;
h. Does not use mentorship access;
i. Does not schedule an available benefit within the applicable eligibility period; or
j. Otherwise chooses not to utilize some or all of the services available through the Member’s purchase.
Lack of participation, inactivity, failure to consume content, or voluntary non-use does not constitute non-delivery of the service and does not create a right to a refund, credit, charge reversal, or extension of membership.
Members are responsible for reviewing access instructions and promptly notifying Charters Anonymous if they experience a genuine technical issue preventing access.
If Charters Anonymous is notified of a legitimate Company-controlled access issue, Charters Anonymous will have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.
8. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCESS
Members are responsible for maintaining:
a. A functioning Discord account where Discord access is required;
b. Accurate contact and payment information;
c. Access to the email address used during enrollment;
d. An internet connection and compatible device;
e. Any third-party accounts reasonably necessary to access the purchased service; and
f. The security of their usernames, passwords, invitation links, codes, and credentials.
Failure to properly configure, maintain, or access a Member’s own account or device does not constitute a failure by Charters Anonymous to provide the purchased service.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Certain Charters Anonymous services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Discord, payment processors, video platforms, website providers, livestream services, or other technology providers.
Charters Anonymous does not own or control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee continuous availability or functionality.
Temporary outages, maintenance, technical problems, account issues, platform policy changes, or interruptions caused by a third-party platform do not automatically entitle a Member to a refund.
Charters Anonymous may reasonably modify the method through which services are delivered when necessary.
10. CONTENT ACCESS AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Your subscription provides access to selected content and services associated with your membership tier.
Charters Anonymous may add, remove, replace, reorganize, archive, restructure, modify, or make unavailable particular channels, videos, educational materials, features, schedules, instructors, livestreams, assignments, or other content.
The availability of a particular piece of content at one point in time does not guarantee that it will remain permanently available.
Charters Anonymous may modify the structure or method of delivering its services provided that the general nature of the purchased membership or program remains substantially consistent.
11. TIER-SPECIFIC BENEFITS
Some memberships or programs may contain additional benefits that are not available to every Member.
These may include mentorship periods, one-on-one educational sessions, trade reviews, accountability programs, Bootcamps, or similar services.
Where a particular purchase includes a one-on-one session, mentoring period, or other scheduled benefit, that benefit must be used in accordance with the timing, scheduling requirements, and eligibility period communicated for that program.
For Elite or VIP Bootcamp participants whose enrollment specifically includes four months of mentorship, mentorship access begins on or after the designated activation date communicated for that cohort.
Where the applicable Elite or VIP enrollment includes a one-hour one-on-one session, the session is intended to occur during the second month of mentorship, after the Participant has had an opportunity to acclimate to the educational material, unless Charters Anonymous communicates another timeframe.
Failure to schedule, attend, submit required information, or otherwise utilize an available benefit does not create a right to a refund, credit, or cash value for that benefit.
12. EDUCATIONAL FEEDBACK AND TRADE REVIEWS
Where a membership or program includes trade reviews, accountability reviews, or feedback, such feedback is educational in nature.
Feedback may occur after a trade has opened or closed and is intended to help Members review decision-making, chart interpretation, execution, or concepts previously taught.
Educational feedback does not constitute financial advice, investment management, or a recommendation to enter or exit a particular trade.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, educational feedback does not require a live or predetermined meeting time and may be provided asynchronously following a Member’s submission.
13. RESPECTFUL AND APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Members must treat other Members, moderators, administrators, instructors, and representatives respectfully.
Members may not engage in:
a. Harassment;
b. Threats;
c. Hate speech;
d. Discrimination;
e. Bullying;
f. Excessively disruptive behavior;
g. Spamming or flooding;
h. Impersonation;
i. Deliberately misleading representations of identity;
j. Attempts to disrupt the community or its services; or
k. Conduct that Charters Anonymous reasonably determines interferes with the community or its Members.
14. MODERATION AND GROUP MANAGEMENT
Charters Anonymous retains discretion to manage and moderate its communities.
Administrators and moderators may enforce these Terms and applicable channel-specific rules.
Actions may include warnings, muting, removal of posting privileges, restriction of individual channels, suspension, or termination of membership.
A Member’s permission to write, post, or participate in one or more Discord channels may be restricted or revoked without necessarily terminating the Member’s ability to access educational content.
The ability to post messages in every Discord channel is not guaranteed as part of community access.
Restriction of posting privileges does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
15. INFORMATION SHARING
Members may share trading-related information, strategies, charts, news, commentary, or other appropriate resources within authorized areas of the community.
Members remain responsible for ensuring that anything they share does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, applicable law, or these Terms.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROHIBITION ON SHARING
Information and educational materials made available within Charters Anonymous are intended solely for authorized Members.
Members may not provide unauthorized third parties with access to:
a. Membership content;
b. Educational videos;
c. Livestreams;
d. Discord channels;
e. Private trading sessions;
f. Educational documents;
g. Assignments;
h. Proprietary concepts;
i. Member-only messages;
j. Access links;
k. Promotional or access codes; or
l. Other restricted materials.
Members may not allow another person to use their membership account or credentials.
17. RECORDING AND STREAMING PROHIBITED
Unless Charters Anonymous provides prior written permission, Members may not:
a. Record livestreams;
b. Screen-record Discord content;
c. Record educational videos;
d. Record private sessions;
e. Restream or rebroadcast Charters Anonymous content;
f. Share screenshots containing proprietary educational content for redistribution;
g. Download content for unauthorized redistribution; or
h. Publish or distribute Member-only materials.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TAUGHT CONCEPTS
All proprietary educational materials, curriculum, presentations, videos, graphics, charts, terminology, teaching frameworks, trading concepts, strategies, recordings, written materials, and other original content provided by Charters Anonymous remain the intellectual property of Charters Anonymous or their applicable owners.
Membership grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the applicable materials for your own personal educational purposes.
Membership does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Without prior written authorization from Charters Anonymous, Members may not reproduce, teach, sell, license, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, copy, repackage, create competing educational products from, or otherwise redistribute proprietary concepts or materials learned through Charters Anonymous.
19. SOLICITATION AND MEMBER POACHING
Members may not engage in unauthorized solicitation within the Charters Anonymous community.
Prohibited solicitation includes, without limitation:
a. Promoting or selling goods or services;
b. Advertising another paid or unpaid trading community;
c. Soliciting donations;
d. Recruiting Members into another Discord, group, membership, or community;
e. Attempting to move Charters Anonymous Members to competing services;
f. Sending unauthorized promotional direct messages to Members; or
g. Using access to the community primarily to obtain customers or leads.
Charters Anonymous may suspend or terminate Members who violate this provision without refund.
20. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
When you voluntarily submit messages, reviews, testimonials, comments, charts, trade examples, questions, feedback, or other content to Charters Anonymous, you retain whatever ownership rights you may otherwise possess in your original content.
However, you grant Charters Anonymous a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute content you voluntarily provide to Charters Anonymous for legitimate business, educational, promotional, community, recordkeeping, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law.
Charters Anonymous may remove identifying or sensitive information when reasonably appropriate.
21. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Charters Anonymous offers subscription-based and, where applicable, fixed-term services.
Monthly Payments
Where a membership is billed monthly, the applicable membership fee will be charged to the payment method associated with your subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled before the next renewal date, recurring subscriptions automatically renew for additional billing periods.
By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account.
Price Changes
Charters Anonymous may modify membership pricing.
Price changes applicable to existing recurring Members will be communicated as reasonably appropriate before the modified amount is charged where required.
Cancellation
Members may cancel recurring memberships at any time through the applicable subscription-management method made available to them.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily reverse charges that have already been completed.
Unless access is terminated for a violation of these Terms or another exception expressly applies, cancellation generally allows continued access through the remainder of the already-paid billing period.
22. PROMOTIONAL AND FREE MEMBERSHIP PERIODS
Certain Members may receive complimentary, discounted, promotional, or trial access for a specified period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotional membership that converts into a paid recurring subscription must be canceled before the first paid renewal if the Member does not wish to continue.
Failure to cancel before an authorized renewal does not create a right to a refund solely because the Member forgot to cancel or did not use the service.
Members are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms presented at enrollment.
23. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
Charters Anonymous may, at its discretion, permit payment through cryptocurrency for certain products or programs.
Any cryptocurrency discount, coupon, or promotional pricing applies only where expressly offered and only when the applicable purchase is paid using the qualifying cryptocurrency-payment method.
For example, where Charters Anonymous expressly offers a cryptocurrency discount for a particular program, the discounted price applies only when the full qualifying purchase is paid through the designated cryptocurrency-payment method.
Cryptocurrency payments may be irreversible.
Before submitting a cryptocurrency transaction, the Participant is solely responsible for verifying:
a. The receiving wallet address;
b. The cryptocurrency asset being transmitted;
c. The blockchain or network being used;
d. The amount being transmitted; and
e. Any other payment instructions provided by Charters Anonymous.
Charters Anonymous is not responsible for cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect wallet address, through an incorrect blockchain or network, using an unsupported token or asset, or in an incorrect amount where the error results from the Participant’s failure to follow the provided payment instructions.
If the Participant correctly follows the payment instructions but believes a transaction has not been credited, Charters Anonymous will reasonably review the available transaction information.
Nothing in this provision requires Charters Anonymous to replace funds that cannot be recovered because they were transmitted incorrectly by the Participant.
24. NO REFUNDS
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, all purchases and membership fees are final and non-refundable once charged.
This includes, without limitation, situations where a Member:
a. Changes their mind;
b. Does not use the membership;
c. Does not log into Discord;
d. Does not watch educational content;
e. Does not attend available livestreams;
f. Does not complete assignments;
g. Does not participate in mentorship;
h. Does not submit trades for review;
i. Does not schedule an available session;
j. Is unable to devote sufficient personal time to the program;
k. No longer wishes to trade;
l. Experiences trading losses;
m. Disagrees with educational content;
n. Fails to cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal date; or
o. Otherwise fails to utilize access that Charters Anonymous made available.
The purchase is for the availability of the applicable access and services during the purchased period, not for a guaranteed level of individual participation or consumption.
25. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a billing error has occurred or believe that you did not receive purchased access, you agree to contact Charters Anonymous promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity for the Company to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback based on an assertion that services were not provided when access was in fact made available may constitute a breach of these Terms.
Charters Anonymous reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, card networks, cryptocurrency-payment providers, or other dispute-resolution entities with documentation reasonably necessary to establish:
a. Acceptance of these Terms;
b. Proof of purchase;
c. Subscription records;
d. Access records;
e. Discord access or role records;
f. Invitations or access instructions;
g. Login or participation records where available;
h. Communications with the Member;
i. Membership duration;
j. Evidence that content or services were made available; and
k. Other information reasonably relevant to a payment dispute.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or payment-network rules.
26. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Charters Anonymous may suspend or terminate access to its services for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
a. Unauthorized distribution of content;
b. Recording or redistributing proprietary materials;
c. Sharing membership credentials;
d. Harassment;
e. Solicitation;
f. Member poaching;
g. Fraud;
h. Abusive payment disputes;
i. Threatening or seriously disruptive behavior;
j. Attempts to circumvent a previous ban;
k. Intellectual property violations; or
l. Other material violations of these Terms.
Where termination results from a Member’s violation of these Terms, the Member forfeits access to the service and is not entitled to a prorated refund for unused time, except where required by law.
Attempting to create a new account or repurchase access after being banned does not create a right to membership or a refund.
27. DISCRETIONARY TERMINATION
Charters Anonymous reserves the right to discontinue a Member’s participation where reasonably necessary for the operation, integrity, or educational purpose of the community.
This may include circumstances involving continued inactivity, refusal to comply with program requirements, failure to complete required assignments, or conduct materially inconsistent with the purpose of a particular structured program.
If Charters Anonymous terminates a Member solely for inactivity or failure to complete homework and not because of misconduct or another violation of these Terms, Charters Anonymous may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the applicable paid subscription period.
No prorated refund is owed when termination results from a violation of these Terms.
28. RETURNING MEMBERS
Charters Anonymous may determine whether a former Member is eligible to return.
Returning Members may be assigned or reassigned to a particular membership tier based upon prior participation, experience, engagement, previous membership status, program structure, or other reasonable considerations.
Acceptance of a prior membership does not guarantee eligibility for the same membership tier in the future.
29. ROLE OF OTHER MEMBERS AND CONTRIBUTORS
Charters Anonymous LLC operates and manages the Charters Anonymous community.
Members and other individuals may participate in discussions, answer questions, share experiences, or provide opinions.
Unless specifically identified by Charters Anonymous as an authorized representative, such individuals do not speak on behalf of Charters Anonymous.
Charters Anonymous is not responsible for independent statements, trading decisions, opinions, promises, representations, or conduct of other Members.
Members should exercise independent judgment when evaluating information provided by anyone in the community.
30. NO WARRANTY
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Charters Anonymous makes no guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, continuously available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, account, internet connection, third-party service, or Member preference.
31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Charters Anonymous LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, administrators, moderators, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in or use of Charters Anonymous services.
This includes, without limitation, claims involving:
Trading losses;
Lost profits;
Lost business opportunities;
Lost data;
Reliance upon educational information;
Third-party platform interruptions;
Member conduct; or
Decisions made by a Member based upon educational content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
32. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Charters Anonymous LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, administrators, and moderators from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
a. Your violation of these Terms;
b. Your unlawful use of the services;
c. Your infringement of another person’s rights;
d. Content you submit or distribute;
e. Your unauthorized distribution of Charters Anonymous intellectual property; or
f. Your misconduct within the Charters Anonymous community.
33. DISCORD COMMUNITY ETIQUETTE
Members are expected to maintain respectful and productive conduct.
Respect
Bullying, discrimination, harassment, threats, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
Language
Excessively offensive, threatening, hateful, or derogatory language may result in moderation.
Content
Members may not distribute illegal, malicious, harmful, or NSFW content.
Spam
Repeated unsolicited messages, advertisements, promotions, or disruptive posts are prohibited.
Conflict Resolution
Members should avoid escalating personal disputes publicly within community channels.
Moderators may intervene when reasonably necessary.
Discord Rules
Members must also comply with Discord’s applicable Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Violation of Discord’s rules may result in limitations imposed by Discord that are outside the control of Charters Anonymous.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Terms, Discord rules, or reasonable channel-specific rules may result in warnings, muting, restrictions, suspension, or removal.
34. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Members must use Charters Anonymous services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Members may not use Charters Anonymous services to facilitate unlawful activity.
35. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
Charters Anonymous may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon posting or upon another effective date identified with the updated Terms.
Where legally required, notice of material changes will be provided.
Continued use of Charters Anonymous services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
36. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
An unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
37. NO WAIVER
Failure by Charters Anonymous to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive Charters Anonymous’s right to enforce that provision in the future.
38. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS
These Terms constitute the general Terms governing Charters Anonymous services.
Certain programs, promotions, Bootcamps, Elite tiers, VIP tiers, or other specialized products may be subject to additional enrollment agreements, purchase terms, or program-specific conditions.
When a Participant separately accepts a program-specific agreement, that agreement supplements these Terms.
If a program-specific agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms concerning a benefit or requirement unique to that program, the program-specific agreement will control with respect to that particular program.
39. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing, subscribing to, joining, accessing, or continuing to use Charters Anonymous services, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms;
Charters Anonymous provides educational services and not financial advice;
Trading involves risk;
Results are not guaranteed;
You remain responsible for your own trading decisions;
Membership fees purchase access to the applicable services rather than a guaranteed level of personal usage;
Choosing not to use available membership services does not mean that access was not provided;
Your failure to participate in or consume available services does not ordinarily create entitlement to a refund;
You agree to comply with Charters Anonymous’s intellectual property and community rules; and
You agree to these Terms as a condition of accessing Charters Anonymous services.
